Beth Whitlock of Athens Clarke County Library’s Heritage Room and Steven Brown of the UGA Hargrett Library will share the history, photographs, and maps of Athens’ first known master plan as developed by Warren Manning in 1924-25. Program will be held in Appleton Auditorium and followed by a reception in the Multipurpose Rooms.
